My Self Introduction (500 words)

Hello everyone, I would like to introduce myself. My name is Tweety and I was born on Nov 27 in Taichung city. I was born in a sweet and great family. There are 3 people and 3 dogs in my family. My father is a businessman and my mom worked for the government. They both love their jobs. I have learned from my parents the value of time, honesty and hard work. I have a variety of hobbies. I hike with my dogs and my parents every chance I get. In the free time, I also like to hanging out with my friends and going to movie like many of my peers.

As you know, I’m an only child in my family. I used to be a very shy person and I feared talking to people. After I entered elementary school, I became more open minded and made lot of friends. My friends say that I’m a very funny and an interesting girl with a good sense of humor. As soon as I meet new people who have the same hobbies as me, I feel extremely comfortable with them. I believe that friendship is one of the most important values in human life. We exchange new ideas, find many interesting things about each other and experience new things.

When I was in high school, I began to be a warm-hearted and a very adventurous person. I’m always enthusiastic to help others. Furthermore, I like to be creative instead of doing the same things over and over again. Trying new things is something I’ve always enjoyed. For example, I went to Cambodia as a volunteer to teach English for kids two years ago. I also volunteered for a couple of hours per week at a social services organization that hands out clothes to the homeless.

As a university student at Asia University in Taichung, I’ve become an ambitious and driven person. I thrive on challenges and constantly set goals for myself. For example, I am going to study abroad in my junior and senior year to discover a new culture, explore new places, and make friends from all over the world. Additionally, I have also improved my speaking and leadership skills by joining a club called Toastmaster at school. This is a club which gives students confidence to express themselves effectively in any situation.

There are many goals I want to accomplish in the near future. My first goal is to lose weight. Losing weight is not only for having a good figure but it also boosts energy, improves mood and helps sleep at night. To accomplish this, I have been exercising regularly and drinking more water every day. As for my second goal, I want to get A’s in all my class. For this goal, I need to pay attention in class and study hard after class. Finally, I want to pass the CPA accountant exam and I hope to get a job in one of the Big Four accounting firms in the US or Taiwan.

One of the most exciting and unusual feature is the marble conyons! The spectacular views follow the visitors in every step. My favorite thing to do here is to walk around.

Refund request

To Whom it may concern:

I am writing to inform you about the smartphone that I have purchased in your store.

I am a regular customer of your company. On the 10th April, I bought a brand new iPhone 12. However, upon one week of using it, problems started to appear. The flash of the camera is no longer working. Also, the monitor is getting blurry which makes it difficult for me to see the messages clearly. I was very surprised to discover such problems in quite an expensive model.

Naturally, I returned the mobile phone in your store to be replaced with a new one. One of your sale staff told me that they will send it to my home address within one week. However, two weeks have passed without me receiving any replacement. I am very upset for your poor service.

In this regard, I insist on getting a refund of my full payment if the replacement will not arrive within one more week.

Yours faithfully,

Tweety
